Congratulations to Snow!

While tidying up my picture folder, I found this pic. It is a greeting card that I bought to post to Snow when she told me that she is expecting few months ago. Very nice card and I thought she must be happy to get the card.

We both discovered that we are pregnant at almost the same time. Now, my baby is due on Feb 2010, and just a few days earlier than hers!

My H&M Mama Jeans

My very comfy maternity jeans. I love the over the bump band. Very stretchable and I can wear this jeans throughout my pregnancy. The length is perfect for my height and the colour of the jeans is so trendy. It looks very young when I wear it with my Converse. The price is £29.90, what a bargain!

Who would not love H&M? I have yet to check out it's baby range, I am sure I will find everything there for my newborn... I will get more of my maternity clothings from H&M because they are so affordable!

Discomforts...

I have been experiencing some chest pains, slight pain, it comes and goes, and I am not sure whether it is heart burn. I thought I haven eaten too full since last night...

I am quite please with this pregnancy because I have no morning sickness at all. I could eat very well, and so far, not much of food craving. BB is happy to share whatever I put into my mouth.

Some discomforts on my growing breasts. I have also developed very dark areola. I got short of breath easily when getting up and down of stairs, I love to sleep...

All in all, I am coping well, I would say!

A fit mum-to-be...

I joined this website called Babyfit when I first found out I am expecting. It is Free! It is very informative and it is just what I want and I can use it throughout my pregnancy. So many useful tools and it sends me daily email updates too! Love this so much, such a brilliant website...

17 weeks and still counting!

This is my seventeenth week of pregnancy.

Everything is so normal, except for my growing bump, and still growing! I have slowly changed my wardrobe, and it is now mostly leggings and tights with oversized top. I will need to add on a few autumn pieces as well because I feel cold easily.

My skin is glowing and I feel fabulously wonderful. My long hair is dramatically shiny and glossy these days and I wonder why. I might go for a hair cut in a few weeks time, but i really prefer to have long hair.

Little B has been wonderful as well, and I am truly enjoying my pregnancy!

The cold is still here. I had a total of 6 paracetamol in 2 days. I am stopping and decided to sleep more...

The nose block is horrible and that leads to severe headache, and it is like my head is 500kg!!!!

I am so going to bed.

To little B, mummy is not feeling well, and daddy is not please at all. Shall we all pray and let's hope for speedy recovery so that we can enjoy a healthy lifestyle?

Your heart is beating!

I went for my routine antenatal check up this morning.

Everything goes well. All the blood tests result came back with the results that I am absolutely normal. Urine test shows I am fit and normal too. Midwife took my weight and I am now 60kg, which is a good sign according to the midwife. She said it is normal to put on weight gradually and I cannot believe that I am now hitting 60kg! Oh, must work hard after the birth to go back to 50kgs!!! I reckon more weight gain in later stage....

The midwife let me hear the baby's heartbeat by using a Doppler. This is the first time that Sugar and I hear our baby's heartbeat. It is beating very fast, according to my midwife, it is twice the rate as my heartbeat. It is amazing!

It feels surreal! The moment is priceless!

On another note, I am having a cold and slight fever. My GP prescribed some Paracetamol and I really hope to recover as soon as possible. I still go to work as usual, although I really feel like taking a few days off and rest!

Lucky Baby born on 090909

Today is such a remarkable date. The calendar reads 09/09/09, and a very good friend, Jane has given birth to a baby boy! 3.55kg, the new born, WOW!

Congratulations to Jane and family!! May the new addition brings lots of happiness and good luck to the family! Oh bless!

Love is .. 26!

The house number is 26, and it is so full of love. It is our home, our own space and we made it in the end!

The move is now completely done.

All furnished, and we are still very excited with the new kitchen and Sugar has been cooking delicious meals. We invited some friends over the other night, and got a really fun night altogether. Lots of food and lots of booze, but i drank Ribena in replacement of red wine.... Sugar got drunk and he said because he was too happy.

We are pleased with the new place now. Settled. I sleep soundly every night and my bathroom is like a dream comes true. I have space to put my rubber duckies! Will definitely add more to my collection in the near future.

When little B arrives, we will have lots of bath toys ready and i bet it is going to be great fun!

Me and my bump!

I am now at my 15 weeks. The bump is already showing, i cannot believe it!

I took a break during work and went for a quick shopping. I was looking forward to buy some new bras, and when I went to the fitting room to try on, i could see from the big mirror, with the help of the very bright lit fitting room that my bump is actually bigger than I would ever imagined. Such an achievement!

Round and smooth, I do not look clumsy at all. I admire myself for a few minutes and imagine the growing bump to get bigger and rounder.

Oh my little B, i just can't wait to see you. How about you? Mummy is so in love with the growing bump, and please be a good baby and make me a very proud mummy!!!
