I am not a Londoner but I remember vividly my very 'first' experience with the Underground!
The tube map amazes me every time I look at it, even until today!

Genius Bar

At the Apple Store, Bullring, Birmingham...
Problem with my replacement Iphone 4S. This is the third replacement Iphone 4S and decided to pop in to Genius Bar and make a proper complain! Was glad that I made an online reservation for repair, so no need to wait, the crowd was simply unbelievable. Felt the stress of those working in such environment!
